Meet Joyce A. Evans

Founder & Lead Instructor, REROIA – Real Estate Return on Investment Academy Real estate has never been just a profession for me—it has been a lifelong commitment to understanding every aspect of the investment process. My journey began in 1983 as a real estate agent, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Early on, I realized that truly serving clients and succeeding in this industry required more than knowing how to buy and sell property. It required mastering every piece of the transaction. So I dedicated myself to doing exactly that. In 1987, I became a Mortgage Loan Officer, gaining deep expertise in financing, lending, and structuring deals. In 1993, I earned my Appraiser License, developing the ability to accurately evaluate property value and investment potential. In 1995, I obtained my Broker License and founded a construction company, allowing me to oversee every stage of a project—from acquisition and financing to construction, valuation, and sale. Over the years, I have built experience from every angle of the industry: Real Estate Agent Mortgage Loan Officer Licensed Appraiser Real Estate Broker Builder & Developer Real Estate Investor This comprehensive experience has given me a unique perspective that few professionals possess: a complete understanding of how successful real estate investments are created, financed, evaluated, built, and sold.

Why I Founded REROIA

I created REROIA – Real Estate Return on Investment Academy because I saw too many investors struggle—not because they lacked ambition, but because they only understood one piece of the process. Many know how to find deals but cannot accurately analyze them. Others can renovate properties but lack the financing strategies needed to maximize returns. Some want passive income but don't understand how to structure investments for sustainable cash flow. And many aspiring investors dream of scaling but have no roadmap for raising capital or building investment funds. At REROIA, we bridge those gaps. Our mission is to provide a complete real estate education that empowers investors to make informed decisions, minimize risk, and maximize returns at every stage of the investment cycle.
